3 Key Strategies to Sustain Blog Growth

3 Key Strategies to Sustain Blog GrowthPeople start blogging.

Then they stop.

The problem is usually about their struggle with productivity.

Many of those who got lost on their blogging journey, actually “get back on the horse” at some point in time.

Then they go crazy with it.

They figure that’s the way to muscle their way through to the top.

But the most successful bloggers have strategies in place to consistently do things to sustain blog growth.

You need to be using these proven key strategies, too.

So here are some things you should be doing.

3 Key Strategies To Sustain Blog Growth

Time Management

One of the biggest problems bloggers face is finding the time to get everything done, right?

But time management is not just about making a to-do list.

I know, some people get into really complicated things when they talk time management.

Well, good news.

Focus on your next big goal.

You can simplify everything considerably by first establishing a clear goal.

Write it down.

Special: FREE Guide… 4 Things I Did To Build My Blog Using Only Free Traffic

Jot down all the steps it is going to take you to reach that goal.

l you have to sit and think, “okay, I need to do this, then I need to do that. I need to learn this software or that strategy right at this time.”

Whatever it is, okay, so you make your list of steps to reach your goal.

Each step.

They can be like the most insignificant things.

But they are all pieces to the puzzle.

Even what you choose to wear.

I know it may sound trite, but it’s very true.

You need to bolster your self-esteem to feel good.

Whatever that takes.

Step by Step

Make a list.

Then just start doing things on that list.

One at a time.

Just strike them off every time you do something.

And as you strike things off your list, you feel really, really good.

So then, I like to treat myself as I accomplish little things

Whether it’s an extra cup of coffee for the day, watching a TV show or whatever little insignificant thing I can do for me when I cross things off my to-do list.

You need to celebrate every little step.

It helps get you into the momentum of doing things and getting your priorities straight.

As you do this more and more, it becomes much quicker because, you know, like anything else… when you learn how to do a behavior it starts to become part of you.

People ask me “how come you get all this done?”

It’s like… I have a strategy put in place and whether I like it or not, I have to do it everyday.

But when I strike things off my list, I give myself a present or sticker or something.

So, the main thing I want to tell you is to put in some extra time to write down your goals, because life happens, okay.

There’s going to be interruptions in your life.

Special: FREE Guide… 4 Things I Did To Build My Blog Using Only Free Traffic

You may catch a cold or it could be something much more serious.

Maybe you lose someone in your family, or lose your job or whatever.

Things like this happen in life, so you need to be prepared.

Always give yourself time to those things, what I call miscellaneous time.

Yea, you have a schedule, but you need that miscellaneous time, too.

Challenge yourself to succeed.

I really like “challenges” to get myself to the next step.

Things like a 30-day blogging challenge.

It gives you the structure and impetus to do something every day.

Make it really simple.

Things like…

“I want to get ‘x’ amount of visitors to my blog.”

So I’ll focus on doing just one little thing as my challenge.

When you keep your activities small and focused, you get much more done over a sustained period of time.

Best of all, when you keep things simple, and do just one little thing a day… you start to form a habit of achieving success.

Build momentum

You eventually find, it’s not that you need more time, you just need to form that habit of achieving success.

And you get used to that momentum.

It starts becoming part of you, and just keeps picking up steam.

So you don’t have to obsess about achieving your goals.

It just becomes part of you like anything else.

So pick a challenge that will really help you achieve your next goal, and stick to it for the next 30 days.

New habits will form, and you’ll start making time to achieve success.

Create An Endless Flow of Content

Coming up with content every day is a big challenge for most bloggers.

This is something that I’ve been hearing so much about lately.

I’ve seen it in many blog posts… methods for coming up with content every day.

I actually wrote an article that shows you ways for writing more blog posts faster.

But every day?

That can be really difficult if you’re trying to keep your head down and your nose to the grindstone, working hard and long hours.

That’s a difficult path to follow, and one that doesn’t usually work too well.

But you still need to come up with content every day.

That’s how to finally get seen and stand out in a crowd.

So let me clear up for you the main thing.

Coming up with content every day doesn’t mean that you have to write a blog post every day.

If that’s not easy for you – you don’t have to.

I know that’s not me.

I don’t want to do it.

Some people do, and that’s great.

But you can create content in a different way, too.

So I create a short blog post.

Then maybe a quick video with cute little frog images or whatever.

Sometimes, content has nothing to do with blogging.

Maybe I’ll just shoot out a quick video for my daily content.

Then I put it up on my Facebook page or whatever.

So I create the content and I put it out.

Now, I watch carefully how people respond to it.

You see, you have to stay in touch with your target audience.

This is why it’s important to create content every day.

Share it on social media.

You can put content on YouTube.

Or, you can do it through LinkedIn.

Special: FREE Guide… 4 Things I Did To Build My Blog Using Only Free Traffic

Where do you like to post content?

What works for you?

There are many ways to do it.

Sometimes I just put another blog post up, something very similar to another one I’ve already written.

I might post it as a LinkedIn or Quora blog post.

The exact content is not so important, but keeping the same issues involved.

Then I observe the concerns and questions my readers have from those various platforms.

Because, to develop content every day, you have to know the concerns and questions that your audience has.

Know your target market

A good way to do that is that to look around look around on other blogs in your niche.

Post comments there, and read other comments.

Look around on social media.

There’s lots of questions out there.

This is all great material for the creation of your content.

There’s lots of questions out there.

You can even go see what the influencers in your niche are talking about, because they’re usually keyed in to your same target market.

It’s good to share your struggles

People want to know that you’re not just shooting from the hip.

Show them that you’ve walked in their shoes and understand whatever place they’re in right now.

I did that recently when I was struggling to get into the Facebook Live action.

I just jumped on it, and told people how I didn’t really know what I was doing.

And you know people understand that.

They resonate with that.

Also, they may be struggling with the same thing.

Or maybe something similar.

They like watching you go through the struggling process because it helps them learn how to go through it themselves.

Generate Conversation

This kind of thing generates a lot of conversation.

And that’s what you really want.

That’s the whole purpose of creating content to begin with.

I would say read blog posts in your niche and you’ll get plenty of ideas.

Take Note of Your Ideas

But the main thing is that when you get those ideas write them down.

Otherwise they just fly out of your mind.

I know they do with me.

Write down ideas that maybe inspire and intrigue you.

Write down ideas that you can now integrate into your own blog posts.

This is how you come up with new blogging content every day.

Share Your Content Daily

Sharing your content daily is a key strategy for building your blogging momentum.

Besides blogging, another way to create content is to quickly shoot a video about something.

You can do a face-to-face video or just an audio track talking about something.

Maybe a one or two minute video.

Special: FREE Guide… 4 Things I Did To Build My Blog Using Only Free Traffic

That’s all.

This will remind you of the ideas and information that you want to explore.

Then take these snippets of content and share them.

Share them all around.

Put them on all your social share sites and explore new ways to share it, too.

These might just be raw ideas or tidbits of information.

But eventually, they can be the basis for more substantial content like a blog post.

Meanwhile, you’re building a community and developing your own following.

Community

You need a community if you’re a blogger.

Don’t try to go it alone.

That never ends up pretty.

You can’t just put up a blog post by yourself and expect things to happen.

Okay so you need people around you.

So how do you do that?

You can join

  • Facebook groups
  • LinkedIn groups
  • Google+ Communities
  • Sub-reddits
  • Forums

Watch carefully, though for interaction.

If there’s no reciprocity going on, you’re in the wrong place.

But when there is… when people are sharing and communicating… that’s where you want to be.

You will learn something everyday, and people will start sharing your content.

That’s the power of building a community.

You need other people.

Ok, if you have a blog, you start gathering your own community, too.

You do this by going to other people’s blogs and leave them comments.

In time, people start to reciprocate.

You can also build your own community on your blog.

Just post great content that people are interested in.

They will start comment threads on your site.

Reply to their comments, go to their blogs and you have an active community going on 🙂

Rule of thumb here is to engage with people in your own niche.

Always get involved in comment threads.

Leave meaningful comments.

Not one-liners that make you look like you’re just dropping a link.

Special: FREE Guide… 4 Things I Did To Build My Blog Using Only Free Traffic

Be interesting and engaging, and people will reciprocate.

Just use your common sense.

Be polite and show people you really care about what they’re doing.

Send start compiling a list of people in your community.

Put them on some sort of list.

I use Feedly for that purpose.

Use whatever you want, but start collecting a list of people that you engage with regularly and who you can rely on to reciprocate.

This is your community.

Don’t ignore it.

Visit your crowd often and they will visit you back.

Engage them and they will engage you back.

That’s called relationship-building.

Now you have a blogging Community.

I can’t tell you how important comments are in blogging.

Whether it’s you commenting on somebody’s blog or whether they’re commenting on yours.

Remember this…

Comments are content.

Comments are content.

A lot of your readers are more interested in reading your comment threads than your blog post.

That’s because they like to see what other people think.

They like to see how other people react.

It’s because they are part of your community and that’s how communities are.

Nobody just stands there and lectures.

Everybody gets involved.

People even get together and form joint ventures and life-long friendships after meeting in comment threads.

So this is your calling card.

This is your challenge if you want to sustain the life and flow of your blog.

Get involved with other people.

Social media and comment threads are great, great places to do that.

I was pretty lucky years ago, that I got involved in a community.

I read about tribes and learned how we all form connections in our blogging circles.

So, I jumped in and got involved.

That’s what you need to do, too.

Now, I’d like to hear from you.

What do you do to sustain blog growth?

One more thing…

Be sure to share this in your social circles 🙂

Donna, a lot of concentrated advice in this article for new and intermediate bloggers. In the first part you mentioned about consistency and taking the things step by step. Couldn’t agree more. It is easy to start with a bang but to sustain the game of blogging is like a marathon. It is generally a slow cook and involves building a community and trust as you highlighted.

Such a key message for any new blogger reading out there. Thanks for sharing the message.

      Hi Tanmay,

Growing your new blog is a difficult task. But if you see it as a business, you can put into perspective. There will always be competition, but don’t even think of that. Be who you are and blog what you know will be of hep to others. Eventually you will stand out in the crowd.

Look at blogging as a big pie. All you need is a tiny piece of it to be successful.

Dona, really amazing content. I would say this one is the summation of several blog posts. To me, time management is the biggest challenge. If anyone is able to manage time and focus on things which are required, then other essential things will fall in its place.

Especially I usually get lost in reading way too many blogs at a time and ends up spending little on my own blog. Anyways, I am still trying to keep up with time.

      Hi Rupesh,

So true….once we can master our time management other things do fall into place. If you are getting stuck reading too many blogs and neglecting yours give yourself a time limit of reading. Take it in portions of the day. Maybe two or three times a day for a half hour each time. You will then see how you can devote more to your own blog.

    Hi Dona,

    Happy super Thursday 🙂

I’d mumbled over my blog engagement status quo. When I started out – I put a blog post, share on different Social Media platforms, then, relax and never do a thing. During the beginning blogging time of my life, I thought that was all I needed to do. No, It wasn’t. I failed and felt really depressed. Then, commenting on the blog of fellow bloggers was a kind of stress for me because I’ve never considered the importance and the ‘audacity to lead’ I will enjoy.

This was me – I visit a friends blog seeing all the comments and shares I feel jealous. One day I took the bold step to ASK to know the secret to his successful blogging. Behold, the tips and more unveiled here he showed to me. Few days of applying them what he said the results were encouraging :). I did more of what he said, more results came in.

One of the things I noticed during my time of alignment is that “growth is a gradual process”. Plus, always reach to those who are already succeeding in the field you exist. I believe they will be eager to help. While I’m on a bus, whenever I get hit with an Idea, I take it down. I most times use a Smart Android app called Writer Plus (Writer+) to take down the ideas when I get hit. Blogging isn’t stress – it can be fun if you know how.

Thanks for sharing (and, I’d increase the rate I apply these strategies now).

      Hi Prince,

Growth sure is a gradual process. It takes patience and persistence. Once you start, it gets easier and easier.

It is so great that you use your Android app because things have a funny way of hitting us. We can be on a bus, in a store, just about anywhere. As long as we have it we then can return and write about it.

No blogging isn’t stress at all…it IS fun.

Thank you so much for sharing these tips. I am a relatively new blogger so I’m still trying to find my blogging tribe. I have made a couple blogger friends who are newbies like me, but I’d like to widen that tribe. I have been commenting on bloggers’ blog posts who I admire (who are in my home decor, DIY niche) and they usually comment back. But, I want to make my way into their community. I’m not sure how exactly to get in their blogging “group” (but I know who the main group consists of because they always to do posts with each other). I’m worried that if I reach out now to try and work with them they will ignore me because I’m a new blogger. I was thinking I should build up my credibility first and then reach out to collaborate. What do you think I should do?

    Thanks so much!

    Hi Donna,

Sustaining blog growth is a chore. The steps sure seem easy, but it takes a lot of work. And those that are completely fine with doing that work are the ones who usually make it.

Since I started my new site, I’ve been extremely careful in regards to what I’m doing to grow it. When I had my old site, I would do whatever EVERY said, and I made so many mistakes and in the end, it cost me. But this time I’m doing it differently. I ‘m not at any of the stages here. But time management and creating content daily is what I struggle with the most.

Even though my posting schedule is typically monthly now, I know there’s more that I can do by creating various types of content (video, slideshare, etc.) but it always comes back to the time management thing lol.

Anyway, it’s something that I’ll need to figure out definitely if I want substantial growth.

    Hi Chris,

Thanks for your wonderful comment on this post!

I like the way you explained the techniques you have used in detail because it works well. I do it myself lol. Indeed, you have accomplished so much more and have more time for yourself when working this way.

And it is so important like you mentioned that if something comes up ( and we both know it always does) we can pick up on the very next day.

It is so great to know that you are being consistent and productive and building your mailing list.

Using that technique you have accomplished so much. I know how that goes because when we stick to the plan…things happen.

That mentor is right on the money suggesting to keep your content going. That is a great technique to fit into your daily routine.

Thanks again for your awesome advice,

    Hi Donna,

    Excellent tips here, as usual.

I like the to-do list for helping to manage time better. I actually wrote a report on time management. The basics of it are, break down the goal or goals into the tasks involved to complete them and write them down in a list. Next, group the tasks together based on the steps involved in each tasks. For example, if your goal is to read 20 blog posts this week, leave comments and share the posts, list which blogs you plan to visit. The tasks involved will be the same for each blog. They are 1) open the blog post you want to read 2) read the post, 3) write a comment for the post and 4) share the post on whichever platforms you like to use. Repeat these until all 20 have been completed.

Now, I don’t expect you to do it all in one day. Here’s where you start to control the time. Set up a time frame, say 2 hours as an example, from 10am to noon Monday thru Friday. Every day, from 10 to noon, you will only do blog commenting. Guess what, that’s what you can that time frame on your daily calendar, if you use one. You don’t have to think about it, you just do it because you know what you need to do already at that time based on the list.

Now, you have to write a blog post for the upcoming week as another goal. You can actually set up a time frame to write all content for not just your weekly post, but for posts you put on social media as well. Another time frame could be for video, whether live broadcast or record to be published later.

When I did use these techniques, I did accomplish much more in a shorter period and everything was done by the end of the week.

If something comes up that keeps you from working that day, you can pick right up the next day and go from there.

I’m going to start using these myself, again, as I plan on visiting many blogs weekly, practice my writing, work on my ebook or ebooks, write posts for my blog as well as potential guest posts.

That has been my biggest problem, being consistent and productive, but no more. I need to start building my community and mailing list.

If you would like a copy of the report, let me know and I can send it to you. I used the techniques I talk about to help me get the report done in less than a week, that included writing the content, creating the images, etc.

A mentor of mine suggested doing a live broadcast with 3 topics in my niche and then break it down to create a month’s worth of content to put on YouTube, Twitter, Pinterest, into a blog post, podcast, etc. Do this every week and you have tons of content to keep you going for a while.

I definitely need to get more involved in communities more than I do. I did try to help someone recently, but never got a response back regarding what I had suggested. Can’t let it stop me, though. I’m sure that’s happened to others also.

Anyway, thanks for sharing these tips.

Did you know that I take notes when I read your posts? That is how I learn by writing things down.
Working backward is a great idea. Start with the end in mind and see how you can achieve it by the various means you mention, crossing them off your list. I do like the reward idea. Another good idea is putting your favorite blogs on Feedly.com so you can see when someone publishes an article and you can be one of the first to comment. So many good ideas in your articles. Hi Donna,

Great post with some really insightful comments by your readers.

Interesting thing about brilliant blogs like yours – you often learn more from reading the bloggers answers to commenters than you do reading the actual post.

Your response to Hussain’s savvy summation, is a good example: “Know what you have to do, then just do it. That’s really not managing time so much… but leveraging it.”

Also thought it interesting that fellow PAC blogger Marquita Herald’s latest post is an in depth look at that truism.

Indeed, you wouldn’t believe how many people read comments and that’s why I can’t stop telling people how important it is to comment on blogs.

Marquita’s latest post is awesome. But she is always so wonderful to read.

    Hi Sue,

I certainly understand your situation and your sentiments.

I am reminded of how often I have a student or client who tells me they “don’t have time” to do their business.

When we dig into what they do spend their time doing, well, hey they are pretty good at putting a lot of time and effort and focus into other parts of their lives.

So, it’s not that they don’t have time to do their business, necessarily.

Often, it’s just that they don’t make it a priority.

So before any of this can work, you must be passionate about what you’re doing and make it your top priority.

Always remember “why” you’re doing it to begin with.

That should get you through some dry spells 🙂

Everything you say here makes sense to me but putting it into practice is often the problem, at least when it comes to my own stuff. I’ve been working on raising awareness for July’s Fragile X Awareness Month. I planned, ticked off to-do lists, had extra ideas which I implemented, helped out Association with some tricky tasks…. I’ve been organized and productive. I now need to become determined to carry this on in my own “business”.

      Hi Chery,

Video is a great way to produce content.

I can do a bunch of videos in just a few minutes.

      And notice…

One 3 minute video can take me 5 minutes to produce.

Yet the same material would probably take me an hour to write down.

So if you’re itching to produce a lot of content – try putting some videos together.

Good Morning, Donna you are such an inspiration to us all…

Considering there is so much you covered. I must say, the idea of writing things down, is the key. Check list and make sure to understand. This listing will change during the day. Must think of it as a blue print. It always changes based on your vision will increase always.

Donna, I have been learning from you. Much respect and love to you. Man advisors yet you have always come through time and time again.

      This really is a blueprint.

And it all begins by writing it down.

How many times have you how many times have I been so sure we’d remember something and even a day or two later can you remember what it was we were supposed to remember.

Nice to see you here today my friend.

When you find some location as a solid resource for project growth and supportive activity ideas. You read and re-read always finding more from the first time.

Donna, so you made an empowering message to my life in this one article. Make it more awakening. That which is most warming to my heart. People engaging with real people. That is a lost natural way to interact and network. That word “Network” has nothing to do with being online. Most would not know that mankind has always completed this naturally. It is just allowing interest to be share and learning you do not have to be alone with growing something from your ideas.

You made this man most happy this day Donna. I just had to share something from my heart with all the others. I appreciate you.

Thank you for your heart warming comment. Its so true that people engage with other people and once we can do that and enjoy it, anything is possible.

Besides techniques, marketing and all that, the best part of blogging for me is meeting people and making human connections. It is so wonderful and uplifting to me that I can be buddies with folks around the world. Who would ever think that I can be connecting to people in India, the Middle East, Africa and just about anywhere in this world.

And of course, you my friend. You have always been so wonderful and have a caring personality that I am proud to call you a friend.

Yes, it really is about attitude.

And that attitude can be summarized by perseverance + consistency.

Know what you have to do, then just do it.

That’s really not managing time so much… but leveraging it.

      Hi Saurabh,

      Simple yet effective.

That’s exactly what time management is all about.

Unfortunately too many people try to make it complicated.

I know people who have spent more time trying to find time management “tools” … that there’s precious little time left to grow their business.

      Tools are not important.

      Focus and persistence is.

Just have in mind a few things that you need to do every day to run your business to make it succeed.

Then focus on doing them every single day.

      Simple, but… yes, really effective.

I love the points you make in the post Donna.

My favorite two that I need to focus on again are creating momentum and sharing the struggles. Blogging flows and is more joyful for me when I keep momentum going. I think that we all have good intentions when we begin but then things begin falling by the wayside for various reasons. I just recently found that people really want to hear our struggles. I forget that others can learn from my struggles as well as what I have mastered. We don’t hear many people being honest about their failures, challenges, fears, etc. I think social media tends to skew reality is a bit these days where people post about how amazing their life is.

      You are so right.

      Momentum makes blogging fun.

You get caught up in the flow and it doesn’t feel like work anymore.

You just roll along and enjoy the process.

Tell your story and relate to people.

Blogging is an energy focused on building relationships.

      Enjoy and let it grow.

I am working on building community on my blog post. It’s definitely not as easy as everyone says it is. But I know that as I continue doing my daily blogging tasks, eventually, my community will grow.

I agree that you should share your own struggles. I like reading posts where people share their struggles. Like you said people want to know that you have struggles, I know that I’ve had tons of struggles in the past and continue to struggle as I grow my blog.

It’s all about learning and growing.

Thanks for sharing and I loved your video, I am going to start implementing some of these tips to help me grow my community and keep growing my blog.

    Have a great day 🙂

      Hi Susan,

The thing about sharing your struggles is that it allows you to let your personal story resonate with your readers.

They feel closer to you and and more trusting of you when they see that you’ve been through the same things they are going through.

Otherwise they often get the sense that you’re just shooting out ideas that that you’ve heard someone else express.

That’s the power of telling stories with your personal perspective.

Sharing your struggles is just another form of storytelling, and possible the best form.

And it always always works to build a community and a following.

    Hi Donna,

Wonderful post you have up here. The first step is growing a blog and the second is sustaining the growth of thesame blog.

I agree with all of the tips shared on this post, in the main time I go for group coaching
    maybe with few blog startups.

This way, I get in touch and impact and as well drive some targeted blog subscribers.

In the aspect of writing regularly, I definitely believe its not everyone who do that but its OK too when you post more often but it’d be more OK when you take the time to do some little promotions.

Great Post once more and do have a nice day!

      Hi Prosper,

I’d have to say that growing your blog and sustaining it are really two sides of the same coin.

You can’t really grow it without doing the things necessary for sustaining it.

      That’s how you build momentum.

And yes, like you said, you must spend more time promoting your posts than you do writing them.

That’s what really grows and sustains your blog.

    Hi Donna,

    Nice Strategies!

Time management has a great importance to every blogger. So if you are a newbie blogger then the most important lesson you should learn is how to manage your time efficiently.

Because in blogging you are not just writing. You are handling multiple tasks like idea generation, research, content creation, setting different guide lines, seo, finding ways to reach more readers and defining overall strategy, it’s more like running a company. So in this process if you don’t have any proper strategy to manage your time then ultimately you will be drowned in the ocean of tasks.

The best thing about writing faster is you’ll finish and publish more posts. And with each post you finish, you take one more step down the path towards becoming the type of blogger you always imagined you would become.

Tips shared by you are valuable.

    I will tweet your post.

    Thanks a lot for sharing.

      Hi Manish,

I think overwhelm is the biggest problem that most bloggers face.

Managing your time properly allows you to find the right time slot to get all the things done that are necessary.

But it also allows you to prevent doing things that are just time killers.

Scheduling your time is critical and once you’ve done that, you just must adhere to it.

Love it Donna. And I freaking HUGE fan of building success momentum with your blog. Like one of those old skool heavy bikes you rarely see anymore, when those suckers got going, they kept going. Momentum carried the bike. I did little peddling. The work I did to get the bike going paid dividends over the long haul bike ride. Ditto with your blogging momentum. I put in the work now – have been for years – and especially, within the past 3 months with plenty of guest posting, blog commenting and promoting other bloggers. It has become habitual to me, guest posting and reading and commenting on posts. Habits I developed that carry through to the next day, via my momentum.

    Sensational read 🙂

What a marvelous resource this post is Donna! I can relate to so many of your points, for example, checking things off lists. I use a spreadsheet to track of the steps involved with everything from cornerstone posts and the behind the scenes work on my blog to projects and goals and checking each item off really helps me to stay motivated, not to mention organized. Then at the end of the year, I have a visual record of what I have (or have not!) done. I also like your suggestion about creating content every day and I see your smaller posts in social media – very clever in deed! Hello Donna,

Some great tips over here 🙂 I have always struggled to come up with some innovative ideas to make my blog growth.
Indeed we need to set the goals in our minds that after one is done what are we going to hit for the next. We can not be
planning it after worths. This is high time and we all need to plan our moves smartly other wise we would be left behind
    from the the crowd.

Engaging our selves to social media groups is one of the best things to be done with. We need to interact people tell them
what are we trying to provide them and why they should keep a faith on us and turn our happy clients. Accepting challenges
quite be fun, it pushes us to whole other level. Its better to increase the level of challenges after one is being done.

    Thanks for the share.

      Hi Shantanu,

I do think there is always room for new ideas for our blogs to grow. When we get them, we have to try it out and start measuring to see if it is working.

When it comes to goal setting, we do have to be realistic about it. Set them and take the necessary steps toward achieving it.

When it comes to social media it is a great help to get to know others so we can engage with them. I find that Quora challenges me many times. When I’m there I may not have the best answer in the world, but I share what I know to help others out and it sure pays off.
