Clear all the crap off your desk.
Get rid of all those crumpled up to-do lists.
Stop spinning your wheels with busy work.
Imagine that you will write all the stuff you have “to-do” on one big blackboard.
It makes you dizzy just looking at it, right?
That’s what we call overwhelm.
That’s what we call getting Nowhere Fast.
Over the next 30 days, we’re going to change all that.
We’re going to Erase The Board.
Clear.
Clean.
Nothing on it.
Forget about everything.
We’re going to start from the ground, and work up to
-
only what makes sense,
-
only what is productive,
-
only what makes dollars and cents.
This is going to be a 30 Day Challenge to do a Reset on your business.
Take what’s not profitable and make it profitable
Find what’s not making you money and either change it, or drop it
Figure out if you’re spending too much time or money on your blog, and let’s cut them both down to size
Figure out 1, 2 or 3 things you can do every day to make your business profitable
Spend an hour on each, and watch your results improve
This is for you if you want to…
-
Get more traffic to your blog
-
Build a bigger email list
-
Make your hard work convert into profits
This is for you if you’re ready to…
-
Get off the treadmill of doing the same old things over and over
-
Stop working your online business like it’s a job, and start running it like a business
-
Stop being an automaton and start being an entrepreneur
Here’s what it consists of…
Regular training and homework via email
Open access to us via email throughout the 30 Day Challenge
Personal, one-on-one development of a plan that will make your business take off fast.
Stop working hard and start working smart.
We’ll take you by the hand and show you how you can start putting this principle to work in your business.

Hi Donna,
Will this work for me? I started a blog, actually have tried a couple blogs, a few years ago, lost interest but still kinda have the itch to try it again.
I started out leaning toward sharing my story as a newbie online entrepreneur. Now not sure my direction.
Thanks,
Willie Robertson

I’m really looking forward to this challenge, Donna. It’s a great way to start a new year by redefining and honing in on actions that lead to achieving goals efficiently. If there’s one thing I wish for the coming year it’s cutting down on the hours spent online, and to catch up on things I’ve neglected, such as, now much needed, house renovations.

Hi Sue,
Wow, house renovations.
That’s a job.
Like everything else, you’ve got to have your plan and then implement it.
One of the reasons I’m doing this Challenge is to help people narrow their focus and, truly, this does allow you do fewer things with greater results.
Glad to have you onboard, and we’ll be setting some things on a better footing for you I’m sure 🙂

Hi Donna,
This is a tremendous offer that you have put out to everyone. I’d love to take advantage of it but I still have Mom here with me.
How long are you keeping this available? If I purchase it now, can I do the challenge after we have Mom settled somewhere? If you have a set schedule, I understand and will look out for the next time when my time is not limited.
My business really does need a huge “restart” after so many months of being off line tending to Mom.
Hi Monna,
Sounds like you’ve got your hands full at the moment 🙂
Take care of things and when you’re ready to catch up, I’ll be here.
Blessings….

I have not taken any challenges yet, but I surely need to take any different challenge to see the results. May be the result will be positive or negative, but surely I need to find a different way to break the way in following. And I accept the point that we need to maintain a relationship and excellent communication with our loyal customer at the time of restarting our business. Thank you for this great article.

Hi Donna,
Your challenge sounds like a no-brainer for most solopreneurs I would think. Everywhere I turn clients, associates, friends…you name it are expressing how overwhelmed they are. It seems that a lot of them are doing ‘busy work’ rather than the ‘big picture’ work which also means that we are working in our business rather than on it. They should be thankful to wipe the slate clean with your challenge.
All the best and Merry Christmas!
Rachel Lavern recently posted..You’ve Been Handed a Pink Slip
Hi Rachel,
Merry Christmas to you, too 🙂
I wondered if maybe I should call this particular challenge “Reset” your business instead of “Restart” but I guess I’m splitting hairs.
The idea is, you don’t have to “start all over”… you have to look at what you’ve got and figure out how to boil it down to a few key systems that you work … that becomes your business.
Usually, people can take this as a blueprint for running their business in just a few hours a day instead of 8 or 10.
That’s because you’re only doing what brings in revenue.
If you want to spin out and do all the other things that get you nowhere, knock yourself out and work overtime 🙂

Hi Amar,
Oh this is so true Amar.
I’m glad you pointed it out.
Bloggers, online marketers… we all tend to look over our shoulder at what our competition is doing.
We focus so much on that, we forget the most important part of our business… our customers.
Doing everything we can, every day, to turn our current readers, subscribers and customers into a loyal following, and the core of our business.
This is why it’s so important to scrap all the miscellaneous things that take up our time and distract our business from doing what it should be doing… building a following and converting that into revenue.
That’s a real business model that anyone can achieve if they’re willing to do only the most essential things, but do them really really well.
That’s what I’ll be showing people to do in this 30 Day Challenge.

Hey Donna,
The prevailing thought in business is that every day, we have to beat down the competition for a customer. When restarting business, we have to go back to our most loyal customers so we need to take the time to continually cultivate the relationship and communicate with them.
We need to sharp our strategies for our business in order to expect better result in 2017. Eventually, thanks for sharing your informative thought with us.
With best wishes,

Hey Donna,
I have taken many 30 day challenges and I always get the unexpected results. To boost your business, sometimes, it’s great to follow a different approach than your normal one.
Build your new strategy and break some rules. Don’t thin about what people say. Just listen to your heart.
Sometimes, a new era begin with a new thought.

Hi Ravi,
Well, this is a 30 Day Challenge that will certainly use a different approach than most bloggers are used to.
I do this training in my private coaching, but I’ve never done it with a challenge group.
The thing is, in order to help a big group of people all at one time, I’ve decided a 30 Day Challenge is going to be perfect.
I can reach more people this way, and it will really make a huge difference in the way their business is oriented toward success for 2017.
